Confidentiality Agreement for Access to the Donor Database
To protect the privacy, safety, and integrity of the donors registered in our assisted reproduction program, access to the donor profile database is subject to the following confidentiality agreement. By requesting and accessing this information, you agree to the terms below.
1. Exclusive, personal use by the requester
The information in the donor database is provided solely to the requester who asked for access, and exclusively so that person — interested in an assisted reproduction treatment involving egg donation — can review possible donor profiles as part of their own process. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing passwords, links, screenshots, or any form of access with third parties (friends, family, agencies, clinics, or anyone else who is not the authorized requester) is strictly prohibited.
2. Confidentiality of information
Donor profiles may include personal information, photographs, general medical data, and physical characteristics. All of it is strictly confidential and protected under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
3. Prohibition on distribution, storage, or reproduction
Under any circumstances, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Share, distribute, or publish donor profiles.
- Take screenshots or photographs, or copy any part of the database.
- Download, save, or store profiles, photographs, or information on computers, phones, email, or other devices.
- Send, display, or share this information via WhatsApp, email, social media, DMs, forums, or any other channel.
- Share the information with agencies, clinics, companies, intermediaries, or any other person.
- Use photographs, profiles, or any database information for purposes other than your own process or engagement of services with our company.
4. Misuse of images or personal data
Unauthorized distribution of photographs or personal data may violate Mexican data protection and privacy law, which can result in civil liability and, in certain cases, criminal liability.
5. Legal action
If misuse, reproduction, or unauthorized distribution of this information is detected, the company reserves the right to pursue the corresponding legal action to protect donor privacy and program integrity.
6. Identity verification
To protect our donors and ensure responsible use of the information, we may request basic identity verification before granting access to the profile database. This exists solely to confirm the request comes from a real person genuinely interested in an assisted reproduction process.
7. Prohibition on identity impersonation and improper access
Access to the donor database is strictly personal, confidential, and exclusive to users previously authorized by the company. Providing false or incomplete information, or using a third party's identity to obtain access, is strictly forbidden — as is creating fake profiles or using simulated identities for the purpose of consulting, collecting, reproducing, storing, or using the database.
If a person is found to have accessed or attempted to access the database through impersonation, false information, or any other fraudulent mechanism, the company reserves the right to:
- Immediately cancel access to the platform or database.
- Permanently block the user involved.
- Log the incident within internal compliance and control systems.
- Pursue applicable legal action, including civil and/or criminal complaints, for misuse of confidential information, fraud, identity falsification, or any other conduct that may constitute a crime under applicable law.
